  • visuals (SVG, images, procedural graphics)
  • text (notes, tutorials, articles)
Default rule

All content is protected by copyright unless a post says otherwise.

If a post includes a license note — for example MIT, CC BY, CC BY-NC, CC BY-SA — that license applies to that specific content.

If there’s no license note, you need permission before using it. Ask through the contact form.

Code

If a post or repository includes a license (e.g. MIT):

  • personal use — yes
  • commercial use — only if the license allows it
  • modification — only if the license allows it
  • credit — required, link back to the source
  • reselling — only if the license allows it

If no license is indicated, the code is protected by copyright. Ask first.

Samples

If a post includes a license or written permission:

  • use in your own music — only if stated
  • commercial releases — only if stated
  • modification — only if stated
  • credit — only if stated

Reselling as a sample pack is never allowed, regardless of any license.

Music

All music on this site is protected by copyright unless a post explicitly says otherwise (for example, CC BY-NC in the notes).

If you want to use a track and there’s no license note — ask first.

Visuals

If a post includes a license:

Text
  • Quoting — yes, with credit and a link back
  • Translating — only if the post says so
  • Copying the whole article — only if the post says so
  • Republishing on your site — yes, if you let us know first (where and why)
AI
  • AI-assisted content (tutorials, translations, grammar) is marked where relevant.
  • The concept and original material always come from a human.
  • Using this site’s content to train AI models is not allowed.
