Who is responsible for your data

This site is a personal, non-commercial archive managed under the pseudonym Alex.artline (managed by Alex).

For any question about this policy or your data, use the contact form on this site.

What data is collected

Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically collects standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp, requested page) for security and debugging. This is necessary for the site to function and to prevent abuse.

Contact form. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you provide. This data is used only to reply to you.

No other data is collected.

We do not use:

  • user accounts
  • cookies
  • visitor analytics
  • tracking scripts
  • advertising
  • third-party widgets

We do not sell or share your data with anyone.

Why we collect it
  • Server logs — to keep the site secure and working.
  • Contact form — to reply to you.
Legal basis (GDPR)
  • Server logs — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Necessary for security and stability.
  • Contact form — consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You provide the data voluntarily when you write.
Where data is stored
  • Server logs — on the hosting provider’s servers, located in the European Union.
  • Contact form messages — in our email inbox (Gmail, Google LLC). Messages are stored only as long as needed to handle the conversation.
How long data is kept
  • Server logs — up to 90 days, then automatically deleted.
  • Contact form messages — until the conversation is finished, or until you ask us to delete them. Deleted on request at any time.
Third parties

The only third party involved in handling visitor data is our hosting provider (EU), which stores server logs.

The contact form sends messages to our email inbox at Google (Gmail). Google acts as a data processor for email delivery. Google may store data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

No other third parties receive your data.

No consent banner is needed. No tracking, no analytics, no advertising cookies.
